Haru pleased to provide simple and affordable flat rate shipping options to all the states in the U.S. We also offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 and it will be automatically applied at checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and shipment. All items will ship from San Diego. We will do our best to ship within 2-3 business days of your purchase. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. Shop Haru is not responsible for any delays or damage caused in-transit by the postal service as well as lost or stolen packages.

Shop Haru is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will also not be given.
