Returns & Exchanges
Haru is happy to offer store credit for all eligible items shipped within 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the day your package was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit.
To start a return, please contact Haru Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and reason for return. All returns must be approved via email before the item is sent back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account.
Returned items must be in their original conditions — unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be returned and unfortunately sale items are all final sale.
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs when returning your item. Costs may vary depending on location.
